C’est en 1999, que l’entreprise DEEP SERVICES SA a vu le jour à Remaufens. C’est dans le garage d’une maison familiale qu’un couple de visionnaires s’est lancé le pari de devenir une voie mondiale dans le domaine de l‘esthétique et plus précisément du stylisme ongulaire. C’est en rentrant d’un séjour aux Etats-Unis que Josiane, infirmière de formation, et Jean-Luc Trachsel ont décelé le potentiel du stylisme ongulaire en Suisse. Si outre-Atlantique, cette formation est établie, la Suisse ne compte alors que quelques pionnières. Les compétences techniques de la profession ainsi que la créativité de Josiane, complétées par les connaissances économiques et commerciales de Jean-Luc sont à l’origine d’une sucess story.

Rapidement des cours et des produits sont élaborés sous le nom de marque AKYADO, les salles de classe se remplissent et le chiffre d’affaires décolle. Aucun bénéfice n’est retiré, l’argent est directement réinvesti, raison pour laquelle l’entreprise quitte le garage familial pour s’implanter dans des locaux plus spacieux et ainsi répondre à la demande toujours plus croissante et à l’augmentation parallèle des ressources humaines.

L’entreprise a créé à ce jour plus de 70 emplois en Suisse romande et près de 10 en Suisse alémanique avec l’ouverture d’une succursale à Hunzenschwil (AG) en 2007. Les Académies, centres de formations dans lesquels sont dispensés les programmes de base et cours de perfectionnement ont formé et perfectionné plusieurs milliers de femmes qui ont pu réaliser leur rêve : devenir indépendante.

Nous sommes spécialisé dans le stylisme ongulaire, les produits de soins pour mains et pieds ainsi que la beauté du regard. Notre concept de franchise permet à tout un chacun de bénéficier de notre savoir-faire en institut, académie ou centre de distribution.

AKYADO Pure Helvetic Care : gamme de produits destinés aux soins des mains et des pieds et à la revente en institut.

AKYADO Swiss Eye Beauty : gamme de produits destinés aux professionnels de la beauté du regard.

Das Unternehmen DEEP SERVICES SA hat im Jahr 1999 in Remaufens das Licht der Welt erblickt. In der Garage des Familienwohnsitzes hat sich ein visionäres Paar ein Ziel gesetzt - das weltweite Sprachrohr im Bereich der Kosmetik, präziser des Naildesigns, zu werden. Bei ihrer Rückkehr aus den Vereinigten Staaten haben Josiane, ausgebildete Krankenschwester und Jean-Luc Trachsel das Potential des Naildesigns in der Schweiz entdeckt. War diese Ausbildung in den Staaten bereits etabliert, gab es in der Schweiz erst nur einige Pioniere. Die technischen Berufskompetenzen sowie die Kreativität von Josiane zusammen mit den wirtschaftlichen und kommerziellen Kenntnissen von Jean-Luc sind die Bausteine für diese Erfolgsstory.

Recht schnell wurden Kurse und Produkte unter dem Markennamen AKYADO ausgearbeitet. Die Klassenzimmer füllten sich und die Umsatzzahlen begannen zu steigen. Es wurde kein Gewinn zurückbehalten, alles wurde und wird direkt wieder investiert, dies war auch der Grund, warum das Unternehmen die Garage verlassen konnte und grössere Lokale bezog. Der stetig steigenden Nachfrage konnte somit entsprochen werden und der Personalbestand wurde aufgestockt.

Das Unternehmen zählt heute mehr als 70 Angestellte in der Westschweiz und bis zu 10 in der Deutschschweiz, wo 2007 in Hunzenschwil eine Filiale eröffnet wurde. Die Akademy‘s, Ausbildungszentren mit Grund- und Weiterbildungskursen, haben bereits mehreren tausend Frauen geholfen, ihren Traum zu realisieren: Selbstständigerwerbende zu werden.
